FACILITIES AT LA IGUANA

Your stay at La Iguana is bound to be a pleasurable one starting as you enter the gates with the management/concierge at your disposal. Add the onsite restaurant to tempt your taste buds and the excellent beachside facilities for you to enjoy along with an excellent cleaning staff to spoil you. What more could you want?

Onsite Management/Concierge

There is 24 hour onsite management to help you with all your needs. When you pull up after a long drive or in a taxi from the airport after a tiring plane journey the staff will greet you with a smile and help you with your luggage to your suite. If you have advised them ahead of time that you were coming they will have opened your suite for you. If they did not know you were coming they will open your blinds, light your hot water heater and put your deck furniture out for you - very similar to what staff would do in a first class hotel. They will then ask you if there is anything else they can do for you before they leave.

Any queries you may have can be directed to the Manager/Concierge. The Manager/Concierge will help you with calling a taxi or tour service, or by giving you a recommendation for reliable repair people you may need. They can also provide you with information about the local area.

There is a daily maintenance/pool person to help keep La Iguana in top shape. The pool is always sparkling clean, the decks are swept every day and hosed down as needed. The stairs and walkways are cleaned and swept on a regular basis. Touch up painting is done as needed and repairs are done on a scheduled maintenance program. The maintenance person will even wash your car for you - time permitted.

Restaurant

La Iguana has a Beachside onsite restaurant for owners and their guests only. It is not open to the public. The cook will prepare meals for you that you request 24 hours in advance or you can order from the menu. The staff at the restaurant do appreciate knowing that you will be arriving and for how long you will be staying in your condo and eating at the restaurant so that they can do some preparations in advance for you. There is a nominal fee charged to cover the costs of the food only. This is not a "for profit" restaurant. The ambience of being served and eating at your own private beachside restaurant has a feeling of being part of the rich and famous. Cerveza and soft drinks as well as coffee and tea are served in the restaurant and if you wish to have wine, tequila or any other alcoholic beverages you are welcome to bring them to the restaurant with you. The restaurant will supply glasses, straws, limes etc for you.

Pools

There is a beachside adult and children's pool for your swimming pleasure. During most times of the year the pools do not need to be heated. If you are at your condo and want to have the pool heated to a higher temperature you can ask the Manager/Concierge and he will have it heated for you. There is a minimal per hour charge while the pool is being heated at your request. During holiday seasons the pool is heated and included as part of the Condo Associations costs.

Beachside Amenities

There are an abundance of comfortable lounges and pool side tables and chairs with umbrellas for your relaxation. If you want to sit at the beach ask the Manager/Concierge and he will have the beach chairs, tables and umbrellas put on the beach for you. The staff will bring them in after you leave the beach. There is a shower and foot cleaning sprayer for you to use after you have been at the beach and in the ocean as well as a men's and women's washroom for you to use while at the beach or in the restaurant.

Owners Parking

The owners of La Iguana own a separately Deeded Parking Lot. This secure walled lot has 24 covered parking stalls as well as staff, laundry and storage rooms. Each owner has 2 assigned covered parking stalls. All of the costs of this parking lot are included in the monthly HOA fees.
